I see no damage in this; the wiring seems good, but I'm no expert so safer to say that it can easily be rewired. The ground wire seems a bit shorter like they didn't use it (older homes), but easily added. There seems to be a very slight manufacturing blemish on one of the pieces of glass. I do not believe it's a crack, since it's only visible on the inside of the Shade; doesn't feel like a crack; & I see a lighter similar effect on a few other pieces, so I'm including a picture of that on a caramel piece (also only on the underside).
I'm sure there's a professional term for this process, but seems like the hot glass solidified in a more natural process (like freezing a thin waterfall). It makes me love it a bit more seeing the actual art process in play.
The last 2 pictures show both sides of the same piece. The shade is approximately 17.5" Diameter & 5.5" Tall.
It's somewhat adjustable; it's set now for the base of the shade to hang 28 from the ceiling. It's current wiring has it using up to 3 standard bulbs ###128161;, so it can be LED.To keep the cost down & protect the shade, I'm unscrewing the long rod in just one spot. That was due to the box being literally crushed, & even then part of them survived. That is why i use quality boxes reinforced with internal pillars/braces. I will use plenty of bubble wrap & pool noodle slats or pieces as i feel necessary.
